Importance of micro nutrients in terms of plant growth is not less than macro nutrients. As a matter of fact, no matter which nutrient, in case of insufficient quantity in plant ; plant growth and metabolism is negatively affected and the plant cannot complete its normal development. In case of excessive deficiency, plant development stops completely and significant yield losses occur.

German chemist Justus von Liebig according to the minimum law he has developed; all other plant nutrients in the soil even if they are at the optimum level plant growth in the absence or lack of one, the product yield is adversely affected.
